National Database Contributors

As a contributing member of the National Database, your organization can request the complete dataset once a year for internal use at no cost. To get started, please carefully read the Data Use Agreement and review the Member Requirements below to understand eligibility and responsibility for data access before submitting your request.

MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Review and sign Data Use Agreement (download below)
  • Complete Account Profile: Make sure your organization status is “confirmed”, all organization details are current (including URL, annual intakes, and annual budget, authorized user, etc.).
  • 90-Day Minimum Account Age
  • Requesting organization must have submitted the most current 12 consecutive months of data for the database being requested
  • Requester must for a user of the organization’s account

Data is provided in a CSV file at the organization level using a unique identifier, organization identifying information has been removed. The data field definitions can be viewed below so you can review to ensure it includes the fields you need before submitting your request.

There is approximately a 15-30 day turnaround time for the review and delivery of dataset requests.
