Shelter Animals Count announces a new Pop-Up Grant program to distribute grants and prizes throughout the year to our data contributors!
Pop-Up Grants are based solely on entering data by the monthly deadline, they are not based on annual intakes, region, species, organization type, etc.
When will the grants/prizes be given away? We may draw grant winners once a month, twice a month, or maybe not at all in a month’s time, it’s totally at random! We won’t announce when a “Pop-Up Grant” is happening, we’ll simply announce the winner(s) based on those who met the qualifications, so you’ll want to make sure you follow #1 below very closely each month.
How does my organization qualify?
1. Submit your organization’s complete data by the 6th of each month for the previous month. For example, if you submit May’s data on June 4, you would qualify for the grant giveaway in June, that is, if there’s an opportunity in June (remember, these are Pop-Up Grants, winners will be announced at random).
2. Make sure your “Organization Status” in your profile is “Confirmed”. If it is not confirmed, we will need to send a confirmation email to the authorized user on your account. Email info@shelteranimalscount.org if you need to change the authorized user or if you need additional assistance.
Can I qualify month-to-month, or is it year-to-date? Your organization can qualify month-to-month. For example, if you didn’t meet the deadline in April, you could still qualify if complete data is submitted on time for May.
